Summary
Join iRhythm, a leading digital healthcare company, as a Sr. IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineer for endpoints. You will be a critical member of the Corporate IT team, responsible for the design, build, and support of endpoint technologies and infrastructure systems. This role requires expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), and Apple device administration. You will provide technical leadership, support architectural direction, and mentor junior staff. Requirements

- Possess excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely
- Have 12-16 years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems
- Have expert-level experience with SCCM
- Have expert-level experience for design, implementation and management of Microsoft Intune
- Have expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory
- Have architectural-level knowledge of cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure)
- Have previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Have expert-level experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Have expert-level scripting skills
- Have expert-level experience for JAMF implementation and administration
- Have expert-level experience with patch deployment
- Have experience with ITIL
- Have experience with Linux
- Have expert-level experience with designing infrastructure and administration of Apple devices
- Have routing and switching experience
- Have experience with Crowdstrike and EDR technologies
- Have a minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
- Have O365 Certifications
- Have AWS Certifications
- Have Windows certification
- Have experience working in a SOX regulated company
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the design, build and support of endpoint technologies
- Implement secure and fault-tolerant solutions
- Provide technical leadership, support and architectural direction across multiple teams and domains
- Serve as an internal escalation point
- Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape
- Lead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects
- Migrate systems from on-premise to co-location sites to cloud
- Mentor less senior staff
- Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution
- Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise
- Develop solutions for international expansion
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company
- Have experience with network and systems monitoring
- Have Cisco Certification
