Requirements

• Strong IT knowledge, experience and understanding
• Experience with different OS (Mac, Windows, Linux)
• Experience with mobile device management (Intune)
• Familiarity with different security aspects, concepts and standards e.g. NIS 2, ISO27001
• Familiarity with LAMP setups and Docker
• Reliant team player who can take on responsibility and act and communicate independently
• Problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain and extend LOOP’s IT infrastructure
• Manage devices
• Deal with server topics
• Monitor service desk and potentially provide hands on support to colleagues
• Responsible for network & device administration, maintenance and migration of existing systems
• Work through vendor and security assessment processes with our clients
