Join PairSoft as a detail-oriented Security Administrator responsible for desktop, mobile, and network security. You will troubleshoot network access, implement security policies, perform risk assessments and audits, conduct staff training, and monitor network activity. Success in this role involves drafting security policies, training employees, and ensuring network security access and protection against unauthorized access. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with various security tools and systems.
Requirements
- B.E. (Information Technology) / B.E. (Computer Science) / M.C.A. / B.Tech (Information Technology) or a related field
- 5 + yearsβ experience in security administration
- A strong understanding and knowledge of computer, network, and security systems
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Highly motivated & self-driven with a proven ability to perform multi-tasking
- Excellent knowledge / Experience with Virtual Machines
- Excellent knowledge in Scripting (PowerShell, VB Script, Shell Script)
- Excellent knowledge in Windows Administration (Server & Client)
- Excellent knowledge in Web Server Administration (IIS for example)
- Experience on Active Directory, DNS & Networking Concepts
- Excellent knowledge on creating & implementing SSL Certificates
Responsibilities
- Install, administer, and troubleshoot network security solutions
- Update software with the latest security patches and ensure the proper defenses are present for each network resource
- Perform vulnerability and penetration tests, identify and defend against threats, and develop disaster recovery plans
- Configure security systems, analyze security requirements, and recommend improvements
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious behavior
- Create network policies and authorization roles and defend against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction
- Consult with staff, managers, and executives about the best security practices and provide technical advice
- Configure and support security tools, such as firewalls and anti-virus software
- Train staff to understand and use security protocols
- Assist in addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking by conducting remote troubleshooting
- Set up and maintain workstations and Virtual Machines

- Advanced training certifications
- Knowledge with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA
