Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and Spring
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Participate in design meetings with the team (6 developers), Product Manager, and UX/UI teams
• Develop, test, and deploy new features (continuous delivery)
• Perform code reviews and pair programming
• Monitor and debug production issues (you build it you run it!)
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Contribute to the development of the next roadmap labs every quarter
• Mentor and share expertise with junior developers in the squad
• Follow up on developed features: business cycle, adoption rate
