Senior Java Developer

Summary

Join LDT Tech as a Senior Java Developer and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Java-based applications. This full-time, remote position requires 5+ years of experience and immediate joiners are preferred. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, working collaboratively within an Agile Scrum team. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and testing frameworks is essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Core Java & Advanced Java
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA)
• Hibernate or any ORM Framework
• Microservices Architecture
• RESTful Web Services / APIs
• JUnit (Unit and Integration Testing)
• CI/CD Tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum)
• Strong Problem-Solving & Debugging Skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Write well-structured, efficient, and testable code using Java, Spring Boot, and associated technologies
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Work collaboratively within an Agile Scrum team and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Prepare and produce software releases in accordance with continuous integration and deployment practices
