Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice and consultation to senior management in relation to a variety of corporate, commercial, legal, licensing and regulatory issues
- Working with the Global Executive Team and the OFX Group board in relation to key strategic and commercial initiatives
- Managing legal risk and advising on global regulatory changes and the impacts on compliance obligations, including payments regulations and sanctions advice, and working with financial services regulators across the regions
- Supporting the launch of new products and capabilities, including the new client platform and business transformations
- Drafting, reviewing and updating a range of commercial contracts, with clients, partners and service providers
- Drafting, reviewing and updating product and customer terms and conditions and policies including the privacy policy
- Drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years+ PQE
- Experience as a lawyer in a top tier law firm
- Previous inhouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Financial services (payments) experience is ideal but not essential
