Senior Legal Counsel

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm and ideally also a first in-house experience
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Sharp decision-making skills, capable of balancing legal and business considerations in high-stakes situations
• Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver efficient legal solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with senior management, providing clear and commercially oriented legal advice
• Deep knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and transactional practices in international contexts
• Fluent in both English and French (oral and written communication and legal drafting)

Responsibilities

• Structuring and overseeing complex and cross-border M&A deals
• Spearheading special corporate and venture projects, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives
• Designing and implementing employee incentive mechanisms, including for foreign beneficiaries
• Providing guidance on Corporate Governance issues, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Managing complex corporate law issues across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
• Overseeing the establishment and support of gaming studios, including day-to-day business operations and legal needs
• Building and managing strong relationships with external counsels and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Actively contributing to the growth strategy of group companies while ensuring the reliability and compliance of daily corporate operations
• Playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic decision-making by interacting regularly with senior management
• Ensuring clear, efficient, and timely communication to align legal strategy with business goals
• Acting as a key member of a dynamic legal team, driving impactful and strategic projects across the organization
