Senior Linux Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Linux Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Linux and server administration, specifically within high-load or Big Data projects. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting issues, improving visibility, automating infrastructure code using Ansible and Terraform, and working with Ubuntu/Debian systems. Additional skills like deep knowledge of HW architecture and experience with high performance projects on GPU are beneficial but not mandatory. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux and server administration, specifically within high-load or Big Data projects
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Linux systems preferably Ubuntu/Debian
• Hands-on experience with I/O performance tuning and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• You'll be responsible for one of a critical part of our infrastructure
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot issues with the Linux operating system, hardware, network and I/O subsystems
• Improve monitoring and visibility for infrastructure components and services
• Automate infrastructure code using Ansible and Terraform

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HW architecture
• Experience with high performance projects on GPU
