Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Summary

Join Blackpoint Cyber, a leading cybersecurity company, as an ML Engineer and play a key technical lead role in our AI business unit. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering AI products to production. You will report to the Head of Artificial Intelligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on ML Engineering, with a track record of delivering A.I. products and services into production
• Experience building in the well-architected mindset—for efficiency, performance, security, and reliability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experienced in Cloud-based ML Infrastructure (AWS)
• Experienced in Model Development & Deployment Operations (SageMaker, Airflow)
• Experienced in Inference Streams & Event-driven Processing (KaZa, Spark)
• Experienced in MLOps Workflows (Airflow, MLFlow, KubeFlow)
• Experienced in Pipeline Automation (A.I. CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
• Experienced in ML Governance (Data, Model, & Feature Versioning, Monitoring & Testing)
• Experienced in Containerized Services (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experienced in Scripting Language (Python, Bash)
• Experienced in Query Language (SQL, Ksql)
• Experienced in GitFlow & DevOps Best Practices

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and deploy ML models
• Design, build, and administrate model building and serving infrastructure
• Implement ML workflows as containerized Infrastructure as Code
• Build & automate standardized container pipelines for training, feature engineering, and inference channels
• Conduct performance, load, and deployment testing of delivered ML solutions
• Develop ML governance utilities for oversight and administration of deployed infrastructure
• Implement data, feature, and model lifecycle best practices
• Contribute to A.I. architecture and design decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Blackpoint Cyber’s Security Operations Center (SOC), and our Adversary Pursuit Group (APG)
