Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers to understand their issues and goals when using transformers (NLP and Vision primarily)
• Solve customer problems through research, coding up a solution, or talking to in-house experts
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and understand their goals
• Comfortably explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Constantly be learning and sharing your knowledge with customers
