Summary
Join Rasa as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and contribute to the evolution of our core Conversational AI engine using LLMs. You will build and improve Rasa Pro, our Conversation AI infrastructure product, collaborating with engineers across the organization. This is a fully remote position based in the UK, Germany, or Serbia. You will develop new machine learning tools, take ownership of feature development, contribute to architectural designs, and mentor junior developers. The role requires experience in designing and building complex machine learning systems for NLP applications, advanced Python knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and building complex machine learning systems for natural language processing applications
- Experience teaching & communicating technical material
- Advanced knowledge in Python or another programming language and experience with LLMs
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate technological challenges
- Comfortable with the mathematics behind machine learning
Responsibilities
- Develop new machine learning tools that help developers build great conversational software, and enable them to build things that they canβt currently
- Take responsibility for feature work beyond just implementation, considering the whole product experience
- Contribute to good architectural designs, and quality code, and help break an ambitious long-term vision down into milestones and issues
- Share and learn good software practices through code reviewing with your peers
- Think lean, prototype ideas quickly ask the right questions, and move forward projects with uncertainties within the context of the team
- Mentor junior developers and help them develop great software engineering skills
