Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years relevant professional experience
• Z/OS knowledge
• JES knowledge
• TSO knowledge
• JCL knowledge
• ISPF knowledge
• Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS (OPC) knowledge
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level

Responsibilities

• Write, modify, and schedule batch jobs
• Analyze joblogs, troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate updates with relevant departments
• Prepare, install, and test new updates
• Handle datasets
• Participate in operational testing
• Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for related applications
• Administer and document tickets based on ITIL
• Solve complex problems through root cause analysis
• Enforce processes
• Manage incidents and changes
• Participate in daily/weekly customer meetings
• Perform on-call duty
