Remote Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics

Summary

Requirements

• Extensive experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace and/or travel industries
• Demonstrated expertise in employing data science to solve business problems and drive growth
• Experience in leading and motivating a geographically distributed team
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster strong cross-functional partnerships
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with the ability to derive insightful and actionable strategies from complex data
• A quantitative undergraduate degree is required

Responsibilities

• Spearhead Advanced Analytics initiatives aimed at optimizing supply quality and growth strategies across various types of supply and markets
• Serve as a key analytics partner to the VP Supply, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with teams including Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Strategy and Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Marketing in addition to other cross-functional teams
• Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs to gauge the performance and impact of supply-related initiatives
• Lead a geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and collaboration
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across different time zones and cultural contexts

Preferred Qualifications

An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
