Summary

Join our team as a Sales Enablement Manager at Cologix, where you will create and execute programs to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our sales organization. You will be responsible for ensuring our sales organization is informed with the latest product offerings, strategic initiatives, and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales or channel enablement role; experience in sales engineering a plus
  • Proven track record of building and executing content plans, enablement programs, and sales communications
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to make an impact
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is able to operate with limited information
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft suite of products, Salesforce.com, and content generation tools
  • Proven data analysis skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in the data center, SaaS or telecom industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of sales enablement initiatives and reporting
  • Thought leadership for training, programs, and strategic initiatives
  • Creation of content and tools to increase the effectiveness of our sales organization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales organization for enablement
  • Lead training sessions as needed
  • Monitor and report on adoption and success of enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to align on priorities that will have the largest impact on the success of the sales organization
