Summary

Join Enumerate as a Sr. Manager of Training & Enablement to lead a team of subject matter experts in creating comprehensive training and enablement content for customers, partners, and internal employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or similar roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
• Experience leading teams and managing training initiatives in a software or technology environment
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and creating learning paths tailored to various personas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying technical backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 subject matter experts responsible for developing training and enablement content
• Develop and maintain a customer-facing Learning Management System (LMS) with role-specific learning paths for different user personas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is aligned with product updates, industry trends, and customer needs
• Manage the creation of training resources including live webinars, office hours, and self-paced courses for customers, partners, and employees
• Leverage resources to drive product adoption with 1-on-1 coaching during customer onboarding
• Implement and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continually optimize content based on feedback and performance data
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure training initiatives align with company objectives and customer success goals
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Training & Enablement team
