Responsibilities

• Lead our data science team
• Deliver metrics, KPI's, and insights that enable us to delight our customers with our products and achieve our business growth outcomes
• Collaborate with teams across the company including product managers, user experience design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, and finance
• Help us make our products better and deliver strong business outcomes
• Lead a newly formed team and help them grow in the impact they will make on the business
• Foster the career growth of your team members
• Be an advocate for your team, ensuring their needs are met and their voices heard
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help team members thrive
• Bring structure to the team by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and processes
• Align tasks and projects with business objectives and prioritize work on the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes
