Join our team at LINQ, a national software company dedicated to K12 education administration. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Consulting Services – ERP to lead a team of implementation consultants in delivering high-quality ERP solutions for K-12 school districts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing ERP implementations
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of consultants
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams through large-scale ERP projects, system integration, and change management
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants with diverse skill sets and experience levels
• Strong project and people management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving high performance
• Solid understanding of ERP solutions and implementation methodologies
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and quality assurance in ERP projects
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and associated technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ERP implementation consultants
• Ensure that the team is aligned with project goals, timelines, and client expectations
• Foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture within the team
• Evaluate team members' strengths and areas for growth
• Act as the leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of the consulting team
• Provide guidance on complex technical or project management challenges faced by the team
• Partner with the PMO Director to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, budgets, and client satisfaction goals are met
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for both clients and consultants
• Work closely with district leadership and key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor implementation strategies
• Establish and enforce standardized methodologies, best practices, and tools for the team
• Implement frameworks for documenting project processes, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Continuously refine team workflows to optimize efficiency, client outcomes, and project profitability
• Ensure consultants are up-to-date on the latest trends in ERP systems, education technology, and K-12 district operations
• Oversee the development and execution of training programs led by consultants to ensure clients' staff are well-prepared to use ERP systems post-implementation
• Lead change management efforts to help school districts adapt to new systems and processes introduced by the ERP implementation
• Manage the assignment of consultants and resources to ensure optimal coverage across multiple projects
• Assist in forecasting project revenue and resource needs, collaborating with senior leadership to align staffing and financial objectives
• Monitor project profitability and operational efficiency, making recommendations for improvement when necessary
