Senior Manager

Summary

The job is for a Manager to lead consulting teams in implementing Generative AI for clients, identify use cases, configure and implement tools, upskill workforce, develop customer base, collaborate with creative services teams, and more. Requirements

• BA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role in strategy consulting or technology consulting, with at least 2+ years in a project management/team leadership role
• A passion for generative AI and programmatic creation
• Experience in implementing and managing generative AI systems in a creative context
• Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail
• High level of knowledge and craft in generative AI to provide top-notch design and direction
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Advise our clients on the implementation of Generative AI into their workflows
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Configuring and implementing Generative AI tools for our clients
• Lead upskilling training courses and change management for the integration of Generative AI into their workforce
• Developing our customer base, including the preparation of letter of proposals and leading of exploratory calls with existing and new customers
• Collaborate with creative services teams and dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our customers
• Support in shaping our AI-driven creative consultancy strategies to meet our customer's needs and goals
• Partner with our customers on an ongoing basis, building trust through AI-driven creative delivery to increase their business value
• Develop and grow yourself and your team as thought leaders in AI within the creative industry
• Actively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to making Superside even better
