Requirements
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduation in Hotel Management preferred
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- QSR franchise chain, Real Estate industry or retail food chain
- Strong communication, relationship building and management skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Business Development Skills (Data Mining, Negotiation Skills)
- Customer Relationship Management
- Time Management
- Strong implementation & execution skills
- Should be willing to travel Extensively
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the opening of new stores (franchises) and competitive acquisitions in the designated territories/ states, especially untapped markets
- To identify and develop brokers, real estate agents and investors for new franchises
- Lead generation should be done by the position
