Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of full stack engineers working across web, mobile, and backend systems
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver on team goals
- Drive team execution, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that meets business and user needs
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to technical direction and help ensure strong engineering practices
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management as the team expands
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare or with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment
