- Experienced software engineering manager with a well-developed background in software development and architecture
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software engineering teams
- Exemplary technical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development
- Comfortable with agile software development methodologies and able to adapt to changing business needs

- Deep knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Proven track record of leading and managing software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products

- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven experience with unit testing, integration testing, and deploying services in Kubernetes or a similar container orchestration platform
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and operate large, distributed systems, including experience in requirements gathering and project breakdown and execution
- Experience developing and operating services at scale
- Experience developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams tasked with the design, development, and maintenance of our software products
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure software development projects are aligned with business objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of features
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and cybersecurity
- Improve and adapt Agile processes to enhance the team's velocity, quality, and delivery of essential software platform features and functions
