Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Expertise in financial modeling and valuation, with advanced Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and visuals (PowerPoint or similar tools)
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a curious mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and company mapping within key fintech sub-sectors and target markets
  • Identify and evaluate global M&A and partnership opportunities, assessing strategic fit and long-term value
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and acquisition targets
  • Prepare pre-screening materials, reports, and in-depth analyses for decision-making
  • Develop sophisticated financial models for company valuations, including DCF, Comps, Multiples, and Accretion/Dilution models
  • Negotiate deal terms and manage the M&A lifecycle from initial screening to closure
  • Gain deep knowledge of the global fintech and payments landscape, staying informed on market trends and innovations
