Join our client's team as a Senior Manager of Customer Engagement, where you will design and implement strategies to enhance customer interactions, build loyalty, and improve the overall customer journey. You will lead initiatives to promote customer loyalty and manage a team dedicated to customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in developing customer engagement strategies, and proficiency with CRM tools. The position offers remote work, a competitive salary ($1,480,000–$2,080,000), 30 days of paid leave, and health insurance. It's a permanent, full-time position with a 5-day work week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or related fields
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer engagement technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the customer experience
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive customer journey frameworks and messages
  • Lead initiatives that promote customer loyalty, including outreach programs, feedback loops, and community building
  • Measure and report on customer engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and mentor a team dedicated to customer engagement efforts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement
