Summary

Circle is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join their team and contribute to key growth objectives in LATAM. The role focuses on partner-centric go-to-market strategy for Distribution Partners, including Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Applications, Investment Platforms, Remittance and Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate with partners on marketing strategy, content development, PR and comms, product messaging and positioning, and campaign performance data and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in any combination of Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance or Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development and Partnerships
• Exposure to doing business in LATAM and proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish. Fluency in both languages is a significant plus

Responsibilities

• Act as the key marketing stakeholder in large-scale, enterprise partnership engagements in LATAM
• Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive growth of USDC
• Collaborate with partner’s marketing teams to develop growth hypotheses and campaign plans
• Create and manage partner marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns
• Develop educational resources for partners, including framework and process docs, and product overview materials
• Measure, analyze and report on the results of partner marketing campaigns
• Travel in-region to meet with strategic partners and participate in local ecosystem events with our partners

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
