Summary
Join Stitch Fix as a Senior Manager, Product Design and lead a high-performing team, driving strategy and execution across key product areas. Requirements
- Have 10+ years of product design experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or a similar field, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to drive transformative experiences
- Have 5+ years of leadership experience in product design, directly managing a team
- Bring a strategic mindset, with experience owning UX strategies that have significantly impacted metrics
- Possess deep knowledge of design, user-centered frameworks, and accessibility best practices
- Are a creative problem solver who excels at driving alignment across cross-functional teams and influencing product direction
- Demonstrate a passion for innovation, keeping up with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of senior product designers and writers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and measurable impact
- Help to develop a long-term vision, rooted in strong product discovery and client research, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, high-impact solutions that drive revenue, retention and client satisfaction
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Marketing to improve key business metrics
- Ensuring a seamless experience that increases client retention and satisfaction
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and resonate across diverse client demographics
- Establish scalable routines, improving execution speed, iteration cycles, and collaboration across teams
- Ensure the team leverages and contributes to scalable design systems that enhance consistency, efficiency, and usability across products
