Senior Manager, Public Cloud Security Engineering

Summary

Join ServiceNow's Security Engineering team as a Sr. Manager, leading the implementation of comprehensive security standards and controls for our public cloud. You will define and execute technical strategies, mentor a team of cloud security engineers, and drive cross-functional execution of cutting-edge cloud security solutions. This role requires providing technical expertise throughout the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable services and infrastructure, building solutions on the ServiceNow platform, fostering a DevSecOps culture, and partnering with other security teams. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and experience with cloud transformation initiatives. Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure or Security Engineering including hands-on technical management
• Strong people leadership with a focus on developing talent and a collaborative team atmosphere
• Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in software engineering lifecycle development practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
• A keen analytical mind for problem solving, abstract thought, and offensive security tactics
• Ability to navigate a constant evolving environment
• Ability to build trust relationships with external teams

Responsibilities

• Define vision and drive execution of technical strategies to secure ServiceNow’s public cloud assets
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud security engineers
• Drive cross functional execution to build and manage cutting-edge cloud security solutions
• Provide technical expertise throughout the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable services and infrastructure
• Opportunities to build solutions in ServiceNow platform to secure public cloud
• Build DevSecOps culture in the team and drive automation
• Partner with Security Architecture, IT, Vuln & Config management and Security Operations to improve security posture of ServiceNow’s public cloud
