Summary

Join Unite Us as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering and lead the development of a secure and interoperable platform used across all products. Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience in delivering high-quality software solutions
  • At least 2+ years of direct management experience with product-focused engineering teams
  • Expertise in people leadership, technical, operational change management
  • Significant Agile experience
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure

  • Disseminate clear goals, context and communication of vision
  • Review and manage team performance from technical and personnel perspective
