Join Cricut as a Sr. Manager of Supply Planning and develop, execute, and continuously improve supply plans to meet demand while optimizing inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including VPs of Operations, EVP of Products, and CFO, to build a high-performing supply planning process aligned with business objectives. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain by working with supplier management teams to establish production schedules, resolve inventory issues, and monitor KPIs. Develop inventory strategies, analyze data to optimize supply chain performance, and foster strong relationships with suppliers. This role offers significant autonomy to drive improvement and automation in planning methods, processes, and tools, while also communicating effectively with executive teams.
Requirements
- Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (supply chain, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, data science, etc.)
- 8+ years proven experience in supply planning or similar role within supply chain management
- Experience in ERP, MRP and capacity planning required
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate and present Supply Chain information to non-Supply Chain stakeholders in a meaningful way
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Be a self-starter that acts like an owner by seeking to learn/understand the business, actively pursuing opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Build a high-performing supply planning process that aligns with overall business objectives for our Machines, Extensions and C&A categories
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the supplier management teams to establish efficient production schedules that balance demand requirements, capacity constraints, and resource availability, as well as identifying and resolving potential inventory shortages and excess
- Cultivate strong relationships with our suppliers monitoring KPIs, understanding their constraints and bottle necks and be an active participant in their QBRβs
- Develop inventory strategies and align the supply plan with production schedules on existing portfolio, new products and product phase-outs
- Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and make informed decisions that optimize the supply chain performance
- Continually drive for improvement and automation in our end-to-end planning methods, processes and tools
- Help to drive innovation, data insights and sharing best practice with the broader organization
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across Operations, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Executive team
Preferred Qualifications
Data visualization experience (Tableau/Domo/Qlik/etc.) preferred
