Summary

Join Iterable as a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture and lead a growing team of Solution Architects. You will coach and mentor the team, bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and their technical vision. Partner with Customer Success to advise customers on architecture and technology decisions and engage pre-sales to educate the GTM team. Manage the team answering functional and technical questions about the Iterable platform. Drive team initiatives, manage strategic deals, and contribute to product development. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Multiple experiences in being the technical and architectural expert for a sophisticated SaaS software
  • Experience working across pre and post-sales technical teams
  • Experience managing customer-focused organizations (ideally a Solutions Consulting/Solutions Architect/Success Engineering team)
  • Experience with SaaS and/or MarTech/data analytics industry
  • Strong experience working with Agentic AI, API design, AWS/EC2/S3/Lambda, ETL, Mobile SDK (iOS/Android), HTML/CSS, and Cloud Databases and Platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to persuasively articulate Iterable offerings and business value to customers
  • Experience presenting with executive stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial “start-up” environment, requiring strong skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the manager of our Solutions Architects, who act as our platform and technology experts
  • Help hire, onboard, ramp, and mentor the team
  • Develop team communication, strategy, and technical skills while guiding them in high-stakes expansion deals
  • Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for strategic and high-impact opportunities
  • Focus on the growth of our existing team members to help everyone hit their long-term career objectives
  • Partner with Customer Success leaders and Account Managers to strategize towards hitting customer growth and retention goals
  • Devise a plan to deploy SAs to drive success for our most strategic customers
  • Develop an understanding of key metrics within the GTM organization, and devise and execute on initiatives to help improve said metrics
  • Surface and distill field observations into meaningful strategic shifts
  • Develop strong relationships and understanding of the objectives of your crossfunctional stakeholders across the organization (Sales, PS, BD, CS, Ops, Product, Marketing) and help influence their outcomes
  • Build consultative relationships with prospects, customers, and Iterable’s partner network
  • Contribute to product development by providing insight and feedback relative to customers’ critical business issues and expansion opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams across regions. Big plus of experience building out teams outside of North America
  • Previous blend of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Services Delivery for a SaaS solution is highly desirable
