Summary
Join the SOPHiA GENETICS Application Product Management Team as a Senior Manager/Associate Director for our Rare & Inherited Disease portfolio. You will help lead the strategic direction and execution for Whole Exome and Rare Disease product lines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, develop and execute product strategies, engage with customers, and drive product positioning. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in diagnostics or healthcare, experience with Whole Exome sequencing and Rare Disease applications, and strong analytical and communication skills. A BSc, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field is required. Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field
Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch for Whole Exome and Rare Disease applications
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market needs
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
- Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D for successful product development and commercialization
