Summary

Requirements

• 5+ years in manual software testing, preferably in testing Web, desktop and Android applications
• Good understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts is a must
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira

Responsibilities

• Test desktop, Android apps, and web extensions manually to identify software defects and ensure their functionality meets product requirements
• Create and execute test plans and test cases based on product specifications and user stories
• Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and software enhancements
• Document and track software defects using tools as Jira, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
• Share feedback with the development team about software quality and usability issues
• Work with different teams to align on testing priorities and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is desirable
• Experience with usability testing and accessibility testing is a must
• Experience working with agile methodologies
