Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional QA experience, with a proven track record in test planning, execution, and optimization
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and industry best practices
- Experience working with QA tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) and familiarity with test automation/reporting platforms (Zebrunner preferred)
- Strong experience in backend/API testing, including RESTful and GraphQL endpoints, using tools like Postman
- Proficiency in validating queries, mutations, and schemas within GraphQL environments
- Comfortable with SQL for database validations and performing backend data checks
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines to support seamless integration and deployment processes
- Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent collaboration skills, enabling seamless interaction with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers
- Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and validate business and end-user requirements
- Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements and test cases
- Anticipate quality risks and propose early mitigation strategies
- Design, plan, and execute functional, integration, regression, compatibility, usability, and non-functional tests (including backend and, if possible, performance tests) across web, mobile, and integration platforms
- Create, document, and maintain test cases, test data, and supporting documentation
- Participate in test planning and estimation, prioritizing test efforts based on system criticality and business needs
- Perform comprehensive backend testing on RESTful and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman to validate endpoint responses, data integrity, authentication, and overall functionality
- Collaborate closely with the development team to identify areas of improvement, ensure services meet performance and reliability benchmarks, and maintain scalability across all backend components
- Identify, reproduce, and thoroughly document defects
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely defect resolution and re-testing
- Use tools like Jira to manage test cases, defects, and track test progress
- Apply and adapt testing methodologies as needed
- Leverage QA tools (Jira, Figma) and advanced platforms (e.g., Zebrunner) for enhanced reporting and test visibility
- Explore and implement performance testing strategies to improve test efficiency and product reliability
- Define and collect QA metrics to measure process effectiveness and product quality
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization, methodology enhancements, and tool improvements
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and requirements
- Provide regular and concise test reports, including quality status and risk assessments
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, promoting best practices and a quality-focused culture within the team
Preferred Qualifications
Performance testing experience (e.g., using JMeter or Locust) is a strong plus
