Senior QA Engineer

Summary

Join Hostinger's Website Builder team as a Software QA Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our AI-powered website builder products. You will develop and maintain automated tests, identify issues, and collaborate with developers to improve functionality. This role involves close collaboration with the Product Development and Operations teams. You will be responsible for setting the quality bar, improving development processes, advocating for quality assurance, and coaching your team on testing best practices. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software QA engineer in web-based applications
• Experience in Web testing, and basic programming skills (JavaScript is desirable)
• Having hands-on experience in UI automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools)
• Experience with API manual testing and automation (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools)
• Experience with Database (MySQL or similar)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Team player mindset, who feels comfortable making important decisions and standing behind them
• Great communication skills in both English and Lithuanian
• Problem-solving abilities, a passion for improvement

Responsibilities

• Act as a key person in setting the quality bar for your product
• Improve, question & challenge development process
• Advocate quality and ensure proper monitoring and alerting are in place
• Perform functional and non-functional testing for Hostinger products
• Coach your cross-functional team how to test (developers and designers)
• Create and maintain automation tests for new and existing features
• Identify system malfunctions and register issues
• Execute exploratory sessions inside the team and across the organization
• Collaborate with developers and ensure bugs are completely fixed
