Requirements

  • (Preferred but not required) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 years or more experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or a related field
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys using the marketing automation platform
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing automation campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
  • Conduct A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Manage segmentation and targeting to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the marketing database
  • Work with IT and CRM teams to integrate marketing automation platform with other systems, such as CRM and analytics tools
  • Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team
  • Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the marketing automation platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and share knowledge with the team
