Summary

Join Honor as a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This role will provide critical insights to support data-driven decision-making and optimize our marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics are a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analyst role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, dbt, Python, Google Analytics,) and familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Google ads, Invoca, Meta Business manager, Innovid, DMP’s, DV360, SFMC, etc..)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, paid media, social media, television advertising, and customer feedback) to identify trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Create detailed reports to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders
  • Assist in the management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources based on data-driven insights
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data engineering/data platform, and finance to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Utilize and manage marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software
