Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and BI tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, SQL)
  • Experience with adtech platforms and marketing measurement techniques (e.g., MMM, multi-touch attribution)
  • Expertise in tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-to-server (S2S) tracking
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior analysts
  • Proven track record of driving strategic impact through data-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence: Ad-hoc analysis of requests from marketing department using BI tools or suitable programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
  • Work closely with marketing teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet business needs
  • Marketing Measurement: Lead the development and execution of marketing measurement initiatives (e.g., MMM, Multitouch attribution, Experiments, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in marketing measurement techniques
  • Marketing tracking and operations: Develop, implement, and manage tracking mechanisms for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with AdTech partners to ensure accurate data collection and integration
