Summary

Beyond is seeking a versatile Senior ML Engineer to join their team in Europe, focusing on feature engineering, implementing ML algorithms, training models, optimizing performance, and working with LLM models. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in AI-related positions, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant technologies such as Google Vertex AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in artificial intelligence-related positions
• High proficiency in English (both written and oral)
• Strong capability in identifying issues and formulating effective solutions (Problem-Solving Skills)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Machine Learning models with a strong focus on generative AI and LLM-based agents
• Identify the most relevant information from prepared data (Feature Engineering)
• Liaise with Data Scientists and implement the selected ML algorithms
• Train models with the most adequate learning method (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, etc)
• Fine-tune models for optimal performance
• Identify, assess and utilise proprietary and open-source LLM models
• Experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation and Fine-tuning optimisation techniques
• Knowledgeable of techniques to query LLMs in the most optimal way (LLM prompt engineering)

Preferred Qualifications

Google Cloud or AWS ML related certifications are highly desirable
