Summary
Join Capco Poland as an ML Ops Engineer and contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between data science and IT operations, streamlining and automating the data science product lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining tools for reproducible experimentation and automated deployment. You will also test, refactor, and optimize code, build integrations with financial systems, and provide support to team members. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing and deploying classical supervised models, ideally in on-prem environments
- Proficient with main Python analytics and ML libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, keras / tensorflow / pytorch)
- Experience with MLOps platforms like MLFlow / Databricks
- Experience with Linux (especially RedHat distribution) and version control (git)
- Experience with containerization technologies (docker/podman)
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (especially Azure DevOps Services)
- Eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure for Machine Learning to support Data Science and Machine Learning Teams
- Automate modeling processes
- Monitor models in production environments
- Manage the full ML lifecycle
- Ensure seamless integration of machine learning and other data science modules into operational workflows
- Streamline and automate data science products lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring
- Design, develop and maintain tools enabling reproducible experimentation, models versioning, automated deployment, serving etc
- Test, refactor, optimize, and package the code developed by data scientists
- Improve, deploy, monitor and maintain developed models
- Build new integrations with FM systems (PDS, ION, S2BX) allowing to publish signals generated by the data science modules
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on MLOps best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data modelling and database management
- Experience managing RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Airflow or similar data orchestration services
- Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks, esp. Hadoop and Spark/PySpark
- Familiarity with kdb+/q
- Familiarity with financial markets, esp. fixed income
