Senior Motion Designer

Summary

Join DEPT® as a Senior Motion Designer and bring stories to life through 2D motion design and editing. Collaborate with a small team to create motion design assets for a major technology company, developing style frames, proof of concepts, and innovative ideas. You will work closely with the team and client to refine and deliver world-class animation, ensuring assets meet specifications. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design, mastery of Adobe After Effects, and excellent collaboration skills. Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in motion design
• In-depth experience and understanding of the motion design and UI animation
• A high level of mastery of Adobe After Effects
• An open and curious mind in all areas of creativity, design, and animation
• Positive even in the most challenging of situations
• Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail
• Possesses a high level of problem-solving ability in order to develop the solutions needed to address clients' needs

Responsibilities

• Create Motion Design assets for a major technology company
• Create style frames, proof of concepts, and more importantly great ideas
• Concept and iterate on different ways to bring the story to life
• Work with the team and client to build, refine, and deliver world-class animation
• Deliver assets based on the specifications in the brief
• Talk through your approach and work on client reviews
