Senior MSP Partner Manager

Summary

Join Eye Security, a rapidly growing cybersecurity scale-up, as their MSP Partner Manager. You will be responsible for building and managing a network of security-focused partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, utilizing your network to connect with potential partners and clients, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team. You will report directly to the CRO and contribute to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. The position requires at least 3 years of experience as an MSP Partner Manager, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and fluent German and English language proficiency. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an MSP Partner Manager
• Analytical skills and solid strategic planning skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, teamwork and the pursuit of solutions
• Fluent German and English skills (oral and written)
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to integrate it into customer/service models
• Fluent German and English knowledge is required as an MSP Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for building our partnership and Eye sales network with security-oriented partnerships
• Be responsible for building and maintaining a network of existing and new sales partners
• Create the basis for successful cooperation and the continuous expansion of business relationships with our partners
• From contract design to closing the deal, you are the professional support for our partners
• Present our solutions at trade fairs and events
• Close and collaborative teamwork with your colleagues from sales and marketing as well as our business units is a matter of course for you and the basis for our joint success
• Design, agree on, and manage the partner in the implementation of the joint business plan
