Summary

Join Object Edge, an award-winning digital consultancy, as a Mulesoft Developer! Based in Porto Alegre for the first two months and then remote, you will develop Mulesoft APIs for data integration, focusing on API-Led design and best practices. You'll need 6+ years of IT experience, 2+ years with Mulesoft, and proven experience with Mule 4.x, Java, and various web services. Mulesoft Certified Developer certification is required. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience on IT and 2+ on Mulesoft and Integration Architecture
  • Solid and proven experience of MuleSoft in the service delivery projects using Mule 4.x version ESB, JAVA, J2EE, spring framework, SOA, Web services (REST and SOAP), XML
  • Must have implementation experience using Mulesoft in at least 1-2 projects
  • Hands on experience on REST and SOAP Web Services
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of experience on Mule
  • Should have working knowledge in implementation of multiple connectors, usage of different integration patterns, having knowledge on different message formats using Mulesoft is required
  • Experience of the conception, integration and life cycle of APIs and API integration framework using Mulesoft
  • Experience in usage of tools Anypoint Studio, Maven, Creating Mavenised projects
  • Working knowledge with databases ORACLE, SQL Server, MySQL
  • Should be hands-on technical and should work as either an individual contributor or team member
  • Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like Git
  • Mulesoft Certified Developer
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop Mulesoft APIs to support data integration between several systems following API-Led design and following complete architecture definitions by the team
  • Be solution oriented, trying to adhere to best-practices whenever possible but not restricting tool set capabilities in order to better solve issues and also a critical thinker: should not be a mere executor of requirements, we expect developers to fully understand business requirements and objectives, being able to identify and raise concerns whenever identify possible risks
  • Develop Mulesoft (xml and dwl) code, focusing in reusable code
  • Enrich documentation and API definitions, ensuring fully documented RAMLs and making sure documentation reflects implemented code
  • Design fail-proof, highly-maintainable integration systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating with Salesforce, Peoplesoft and Azure
  • Multi domain expertise and working knowledge on other integration tools
  • Mulesoft Certified Platform/Integration Architect
  • MUnit creation experience
