You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce functionalities, administer user roles and security, execute MuleSoft implementations, and integrate external systems. This role requires 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions across the Salesforce and MuleSoft platform, along with expertise in Agile development, REST and SOAP APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and various MuleSoft connectors. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge exchange. Requirements
- 4- 6 years experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions across the Salesforce & Mulesoft platform
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement
- Solid experience in working with REST and SOAP APIs, including designing, consuming, and securing these APIs
- Possesses a strong comprehension of the Salesforce platform, including its security & sharing visibility settings, data model, and process automation capabilities such as Flows
- Extensive experience in developing Apex Triggers, Platform Event Handlers, batch processes, asynchronous processes, frameworks, and design patterns
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components development and JavaScript

Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, and implement Salesforce functionalities and features leveraging the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework and Apex programming language
- Ensure adherence to established coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions that align with Salesforce best practices
- Administer user roles, security & sharing visibility configurations, and process automation (eg: flows, etc) within the Salesforce platform
- Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and start on your journey to internalize business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches
- Develop and execute robust integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and other methods to enable smooth data synchronization, minimize redundancy, and optimize workflows
- Possess MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp-up on technology and implementation methodologies knowledge
- Develop and contribute subject matter expertise and project deliverables to internal knowledge exchange
- Begin mentorship and guidance of junior Services team members and help to build out our services organization
- Continue to lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle
- Train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills
- Prior experience in designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and Proxies
- Experienced in handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce
- Experience with processing Large data volumes and efficient handling of integrations
- Effective communication of challenges and development activities adhering to agreed timelines
- You will be expected to have some prior exposure to Java and ETL
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience with Java in a development or configuration capacity
- Should have experience with various MuleSoft connectors for e.g., SAP, Salesforce, File, Database, etc
- Experience working with S4 Hana and Paid Mulesoft connectors is a plus
- Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or BitBucket, and demonstrated experience in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce and Mulesoft deployments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, especially in complex integration scenarios
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and demonstrate effective communication skills
- Possesses a strong aptitude for rapid adaptation and learning
