Requirements

• Have the ability to lead all the development cycle from the idea to the production
• Be proficient in OOP languages (.NET/C#) and relational databases
• Value good programming practices (Testing, DDD, Refactoring, Clean Code and other XP practices)
• Be capable of designing complex functionalities within a scalable architecture
• Effectively communicate in both spoken and written English
• Be used to working with scalable distributed cloud systems
• Know how to work with message queue systems (like Azure queues or RabbitMQ)
• Add metrics and monitoring to understand the impact of the code
• Have a genuine interest in understanding the business side of things

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire development cycle from idea to production
• Master OOP languages (.NET/C#) and relational databases; work comfortably with SQL and ideally NoSQL databases
• Value and apply good programming practices (Testing, DDD, Refactoring, Clean Code, and other XP practices)
• Design complex functionalities within a scalable architecture
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
• Work with scalable distributed cloud systems
• Work with message queue systems (like Azure queues or RabbitMQ)
• Add metrics and monitoring; create dashboards to understand system behavior
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in understanding the business side of things
• Help your colleagues grow and raise the bar of the team
• Help understand user problems, design solutions, and implement them with high quality
