Requirements

• Master of OOP languages (.NET/C#)
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with good programming practices (Testing, DDD, Refactoring, Clean Code, and other XP practices)
• Ability to design complex functionalities within a scalable architecture
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written English
• Experience working with scalable distributed cloud systems
• Experience working with message queue systems
• Ability to add metrics and monitoring and create dashboards
• Genuine interest in understanding the business side of things

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire development cycle from idea to production
• Design complex functionalities within a scalable architecture
• Write high-quality, efficient code using good programming practices (Testing, DDD, Refactoring, Clean Code, and other XP practices)
• Work with OOP languages (.NET/C#) and relational databases (SQL and ideally NoSQL)
• Work with message queue systems (like Azure queues or RabbitMQ)
• Add metrics and monitoring to understand code impact and create dashboards
• Help understand user problems, design solutions, and implement them
• Have a global impact, help colleagues grow, and raise the team's bar
• Effectively communicate in spoken and written English
• Work with scalable distributed cloud systems
