Senior .Net Developer

Summary

Join Encora's dynamic team as a Senior .Net Developer for a 6-month remote project. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .Net Core, C#, and Azure. Collaboration with a team of 8 developers in an agile environment is key. Responsibilities include code reviews, database design using SQL Server, and integration of ORM frameworks. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in software development and strong skills in modern web development frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline preferred
• 8+ years in software or web development
• Knowledge of object-oriented and service-oriented application design, including Dependency Injection
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Proficiency in source control management and continuous integration/delivery practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .Net Core, C#, and ASP.Net
• Collaborate with the team in agile/scrum development settings to deliver project milestones
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and optimize relational database designs using SQL Server
• Integrate ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and Blazor
• Contribute to all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, testing, and implementation
• Provide technical support during on-call rotations (business hours)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Selenium and other testing tools is a plus
