Senior .Net Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Senior .Net developer and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices. This remote position is based in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Bolivia. The role requires extensive experience in software development, specifically with C# .NET Windows desktop applications, and a strong understanding of Agile SCRUM methodologies. You will be responsible for unit and integration testing within Azure pipelines. Success in this role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/Advanced English skills
• +10 years of experience
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and debug complex problems across various systems
• Must work independently and collaborate effectively within the team, with strong communication skills to report progress and challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C# .NET Windows desktop applications for the Insite Bridge team
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to validate the code and implement them in Azure pipelines
• Participate in Agile SCRUM meetings and collaborate with the team to deliver solutions
