Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Deep expertise in Certinia (FinancialForce) OIM – implementation, configuration, and optimization
• Strong understanding of order management, inventory processes, and supply chain workflows
• Experience integrating Certinia OIM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications
• Ability to lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the implementation of Certinia OIM solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals
• Configure, customize, and develop OIM solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, solution designs, and best practices for OIM processes
• Provide technical leadership in Certinia OIM, integrating with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications
• Develop and document architectural frameworks, data models, and system integrations
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Certinia OIM
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices
• Work alongside Salesforce teams for seamless integration between Certinia and Salesforce, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows) is a plus
• Experience with Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) is a plus
• Certifications in Certinia OIM, Salesforce, or related technologies
• Experience with multi-cloud integrations and API management
