Summary

Join BeatBox Beverages as a Senior Packaging Designer, where you will lead the creation of packaging designs from concept to production for our growing beverage line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable. This role requires mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, 5+ years of experience in packaging design, and a strong portfolio showcasing innovative CPG packaging. Requirements

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with pre-press production processes, including color separation and print file preparation
  • Understanding of packaging production techniques and sustainability best practices
  • Exceptional typography, color theory, and layout skills
  • Ability to balance brand consistency with fresh, creative concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills to juggle multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in packaging design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative, impactful CPG packaging

Responsibilities

  • Lead packaging projects from concept through production, including dieline creation, prototyping, and production file preparation
  • Partner with marketing, product development, and external vendors to create designs that are both aesthetic and functional
  • Stay ahead of packaging trends, materials, and printing techniques to ensure BeatBox remains relevant and competitive
  • Identify and incorporate innovative, eco-friendly materials and processes
  • Ensure packaging meets brand standards, adheres to legal and market requirements, and maintains consistency across product lines
  • Work closely with product marketing, consumer engagement, and creative operations to meet deadlines and project goals
  • Oversee press runs, color evaluations, and final design approvals to guarantee production quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools
  • A background in art direction for commercial photography or promotional gifting design

$65,000-75,000 + bonus
