Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with UK payroll laws, with proven expertise in global payroll processes across the EMEA and APAC regions
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and refine payroll processes, focusing on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive โcan doโ attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for employees across the EMEA and APAC regions, with a focus on the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, staying updated on legislative changes to maintain accuracy and mitigate risks
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data, leveraging advanced payroll tools such as ADP, Celergo, or similar systems
- Monitor, analyze, and improve payroll processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, Finance, and Compliance, to support seamless integration and execution of payroll activities

- Provide key support during internal and external audits by maintaining accurate, up-to-date payroll documentation and ensuring data integrity
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, BambooHR, or UKG
- Bachelorโs degree or Certification in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
