Summary

Join Popmenu as a People Ops Generalist to help protect and grow the company's cultural DNA. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and team member support for the People Operations team, managing benefits administration, talent management, team member engagement and retention, reporting, and payroll.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Sound knowledge of state-specific employment laws
• Proven methods for creating engaging programs and business acumen
• Proven ability to build trustful relationships at different levels of the organization and proactively manage conflict
• Systems knowledge & management: Strong understanding of updating and managing different systems (HRIS, benefits, team member tracking, Excel spreadsheets)

Responsibilities

• Cultivate Our Culture: Onboard new hires, create innovative culture events, champion company values
• Benefits Management: Manage benefits administration for all insurance, 401(k), and other benefits in partnership with brokers and vendors
• Talent Management: Conduct quarterly reviews over development programs for high-potential team members, support leaders in coaching underperformers
• Team Member Engagement and Retention: Ensure engagement and support of both Atlanta-based and remote workforce
• Reporting and Payroll: Ensure accurate and compliant data and records throughout the team member life cycle, create tools to improve processes
